Is the burning process like PS2 get the ISO and just burn it with DVD Decrypter? and thats all? or do i need some stuff in there?

Depends on where you get the ISO. If you are copying an original game you must use programs to FTP from the xbox and then make the ISO, if you get them from the net, just burn with any burning program (Nero, 120%, DVD Decrypter, etc)
