my xbox (which i've had for 7 months), when i turn it on it freezes up immediately, the power button blinks red...i call microsoft, and they tell teir warranty is 3 MONTH WARRANTY?!?!?!? knowin all the clitches this system has and they only give 3 month warranty....i hate microsoft!

Instead of flaming like a @##%# Buy yourself something called an extending warranty.... Like me, at target when i get 360 i also got a 3 year warranty for an extra $30.

I got it from my local Big W. I know nothing about warranties, so this may sound stupid, but could I go in now and purchase a 3 year warranty?

you can also just take the 360 back and exchange it for a new one. ive had to do that twice allready.

edited by ddp....Target is where i bought my xbox and they weren't offering the extended warranty back then (3/29/06)....they basically told me they are not willing to do anything for me either, even though they didn't have an extended waranty when i purchased it.

who the heck are you calling an imbecil??? and even if target wasnt offering the 3 yr warranty then, you could still get an extended warranty from MS for the 360. maybe you should have done some research on warranties when you bought the 360 to begin with.
