sagem dbox2 problem with flashing/imaging

Plz help I tried to put a new image on my dbox I have flashed it using FlashFXP now I thing I have pressed something on my dbox and now when
I turn my dbox on I have nothing just the LCD saying BMON with a load of letters and numbers, can any one tel me how I get this sorted and what I have to do as I tried to sort this because I lost a load of channels for no apparent reason.

Plz help as any will be much appreciated.
