I'm getting "cannot undo restriction" when i tried the code I think because my friend tried to unlocked it yesterday so many times. Is there another way to unlocked it? Thanks

It's hardlocked mate, you will have to take the mobile to a shop that offers a direct unlocking service for hardlocked phones.
