The unlock code you gave me didn't work. Here is the imei # again but with the slashes in it this time.

when i first power up the phone says phone restriction on and you can push undo i push undo and it says enter restriction code when i enter the restriction code it goes right back to restriction on enter code.

The instructions are very clear!! Enter the code with no sim in the phone, when you have done that tell us exactly what hapens after you press the final #

It means no more remote unlocking codes will work and your mobile is locked to the T-Mobile network, to unlock the mobile now will require hardware, take the mobile to your local store and ask if they offer a direct unlocking service.
