but the problem is, in my E: directory, there is no Skins or Applications folder. what do i need to do?

if u dont know how just go to where all your folders are at then press start create new folder make sure its on your main drive im guessing E:\
then make sure the skins are made into this folder name E:\SKINS\ and application yea E:\applications\
then yes FTP the skins or apps to the folders Or use this instead of FTP its all up to you....
