Accidentally patched FF12 ISO wrong format

Hi Guys,
I accidentally patched a backup of FF12 that I have on my pc into the wrong region.
It screwed the image up completely.
PM me in the forums and ill pass my msn username across and send me the SLUS_209.63 from the image.
I would be so grateful as this took me ages to get and im a numpty for not backing it up before patching it.
Even if you just have the image file and arent sure what im talking about add me and ill talk you through it, I really need this game :)

How would you get around to actually getting that file into the ISO image without rebuilding? I have FFXII and I can get you the file, but I need to add 2 .elf files to Splinter Cell: Double Agent into the ISO image, and the whole rebuilding thing gave me an ISO that I cannot burn for the life of me.
