Hi please could someone help me to unlock my Nokia 6610i
EMI number 357085/00/483341/4
It is locked on to virgin.

Hi there thank you for your help but it looks like the person I got the phone off has used all of the chances as it said "can not undo restriction.

If you have anymore advice it would be a great help.

Someone has entered too many wrong codes before you
came to us. You only get 3 to 5 tries.
If you enter the same code two times, that is two tries.

Your phone is hard-locked.
You will need to take it to a phone shop that has the
equipment to unlock it.
