Please can someone provide an unlock code for the following...

Make/model phone: Nokia / 6030
IMEI #: 010712/00/306832/5
Country the phone is locked in: Us
Provider the phone is locked to: Cingular Wireless

Any help much appreciated...

It says cannot do restriction! What do I do now? Please help!! Thanx!



p.s. also instead of "insert sim" it says "insert smartchip". Is there a difference??!!
