Cant get DVD X COPY to work.. a little help please!

I have DXC and I have installed it correctly and everything but I cant get it to burn onto the disk. Everything goes right until its time to burn on the DVD-r. When it wouldnt burn it said two things.. "Driver error code 02052400h" and "Illegal SCSI". Can anyone tell me what this means and what I need to do. OH yeah and I have a S-305 Toshiba laptop. Thanks
