WTF AM I DOING WRONG!

Alright so i updated my 360 Hitachi drive with Birdy flasher 2.2 like a month ago and i burned 3 games Madden 07,Splinter Cell,and NBA 2K7 they all worked like a charm the first time(note that i burned the iso not the dvd. file). Just a week ago i put Madden 07 in feeling happen then it comes up with disc scratced clean so i do and then pop it back in this time it comes up with open tray and doesnt leave the dashboard. 2 or 3 more days go by and NBA 2K7 doesnt work niether does Splinter Cell. I have no more discs and i wanna cry when i hear the words Gears of War so someone plz help me.

I used Verbitam for NBA 2k7 and i burned the iso
I used HP DVD+R DL for Splinter Cell and i burned the iso
I used HP DVD+R DL for Madden 07 and i burned the iso
