Swap Magic 3.8 Coder PLZ HELP

I am trying to refresh the TOC,

I load swap magic up, it stops spinning, i remove tool A in my slimline ps2 and take out the swap magic disk and pop in my original devil may cry , then put back in tool A, devil may cry begins to spin up and doesn't stop spinning

please help
i must be doing something wrong

it is supposed to stop after a few seconds.
Have u tried another original ps2 game for the toc refresh?

Also it could be something to do with SM 3.8 coder.
Maybe it was a bad dispatch or something. Cause the same problem is happening in this thread.
