First of all i have the maximus-Garyopa v2.2 but when i click restore it pops up then disappers without any confirmation.wat should i do

Extract all files to the C: drive
Click start and run and type in this "cmd.exe"
at the command prompt, type cd\
type "restore.bat"
Hit Enter.

actully can you kinda make a guide becuase i used birdy and that was a program and it was very easy thank PS2 for everything youve done hopefully i will have splinter cell running again and be able to play with my cousin.Again thank you

You have to extract all the files to the c: drive...
If it extracts to a folder you need to go to that folder in cmd.exe (emulation of DOS)
If you don't know how to switch directorys in dos, I'd suggest you not even attempt this firmware hack. Seriously, type "cd\whateverpathnameis" and hit enter
it should end up with this prompt
c:\X-LG:>
X-LG is my example name for that directory
If you extract everything to c: and it ends up with all the files and no folder structure type "cd\"
it should take you to this prompt
c:\>

When you get into dos and you're in the right directory, then type flash23s "drive letter of Hitachi drive" and a 5 digit number
Here's an example
C:\X-LG:>flash23s.bat G 1555

that's it.

updated firmware to Maximus-Garyopa_XTRM-HITACHI_v2_2_Stealth everything seems to work but Smackdown vs raw 2007 doesnt work. It loaded it once then didnt work ever again.Wats the problem?
Also can i get an indeep guide on how to burn 360 games with a nec 3520a burner.Thank you for all ure help

Either use opa2.3 stealth firmware or you can use birdy's 2.2Fixed if you're having issues with games non booting but booting from cold. Booting from cold = booting it with the 360 turned off. You turn off the 360. Turn it back on. Open tray, stick in the game.. If it boots.. Good.. If you eject and don't turn it off and put in another game and it doesn't boot, use birdy 2.2Fixed

im back i wanted to know if im suppose to create a dvd file or is it suppose to come with it?if it does how do i find it?and if i have to create one how do i?

Also ive got the liggys firmware for the nec supposeldy it gives me dvd-rom so i wanted to know is that all i need is the dvd file and i should be good to go when i burn gears and cod3.

when i went into DVD Decrypter with the gears of war dvd file itcame up with "cannot open file:C:\Documents and settings\EWEEZY\My Documents\My Music\alt.binaries.games.xbox360\LayerBreak=1913760

Reason: The system cannot find the file specified

wat does this mean
