I use XBMC as a dash now, but Unleash seems a little too unstable for me. Too many times has a skin problem crashed the whole dash.

Evox is more stable but XBMC + DVD2Xbox is much cooler!

PS2 v7
Softmod MC Exploit
HDLoader 2.0/HDAdvance 1.0 & 2.1 (MC Versions)
Maxtor 200 Gb Ultra ATA 133 7200 RPM

Xbox w/Samsung DVD Drive
Softmod Evox/Avalaunch
Maxtor 300 Gb Ultra ATA 133 7200 RPM (ATA 133 Cable)
OEM Seagate 10 Gb 5400 RPM

It is all a matter of opinion and what skills you have
for example i use EvoX and it works great for 90% of the things i do.
But the file browser on it sucks pretty bad.
For file browsing and a great gamesaves manager then UnleashX
is the hands down winner.

Pretty much the rest is the same.
Once you edit you EvoX.ini file so all your menu's are the way you want them and linking to the programs you want then there is really no reason to switch.
I could probably take the time to edit the EvoX.ini file so the file browser actually points to the F: partition where all of my stuff is but i just have not gotten around to it.
