since offroad fury 4 is 7.35gb can i back it up onto a dual layer dvd and have it work that way or does ps2 not read dual layers. and how would i back it up on a dual layer? same was as a regular game? i just want to know before i use a dual layer dvd cause they aint that cheap. let me know thanks

well looking at your other post,i'd say you havent even got the image to burn yet

anyways,if you have,there a limited number of modchips that will boot DVD-9
here's a run down

1)some wont boot them at all
2)some will boot them striaght off
3)some will boot them,but need the image patching with toxic's dual layer patcher first

work out which catergory you fall into,then you will know whether or not you are wasting your time

the toxic patch is only to allow modchips that are capable of reading DVD-9 backups,read the second layer

as yet there is no way to boot DL dvd with SM
you have to rip the game to dvd-5
