Alright. So I got a chip, and I want to istall it as soon as possible, but...yes, there is a but. I need to knows the whole procedure of how to get my xbox loaded with ya know, like dashboard and programs and whatnot. Can i just use AID? will that work?

What kind of chip do you have? I don't know much about AID, but if you go on an IRC channel (use a program like mIRC), you can get into #xbins, and get all the things you need (i.e. Dashboard, Applications, Emulators). I could help you get through this pretty easily, I just need to know what kind of chip you have.
Alright, well First install the chip. Then you want to Flash your xbox, so that it loads to a modded Dashboard. You can go to http://www.team-xecuter.com/flashbios/
This will show you different methods on Flashing your Xbox. To get to the BIOS screen, push both the power button, and eject button so that the DIP switch LED turns a pinkish purple. That will take you to the BIOS screen and it will ask you on how you will want to Flash your system. The method I used was through a disc. Get the latest build of a Dashboard, and then put it on a CD-RW. CD-R's don't read well in the system so use a CD-RW. Try this, and see if it all works and I will help you more on this.
Did you install the chip yet? Because when you install the Xecuter 3 CE, it has a black rectangular part called the DIP switch. It has 5 switches on it, and this is used for bank select. Turn all of the switches to the right, which is on, and then press both power and eject button to get to the BIOS screen.
