hello

can someone please please clear this up for me ? i got my 360 flashed by my local computer shop a couple of months ago , but then i was worried about playing on xbox live incase i got banned so i took my 360 back to the shop that flashed it and the guy said he would put the original firmware back onto my machine so now my backups wont play which i wanted but does this stop me from being banned on live? he also gave me a disc with my original firmware

i really hope someone answers me and im really sorry if i have posted in the wrong section but i am desperete to sort this

yes its not back to stock condition if he removed the hacked firmware...so you should be fine to go online.
