Im pretty sure this question has been asked one million times, but its the first time for me... and hopefully the last.

I recently purchased a new PS2 slim and decided to flip top mod it. Thats all fine and dandy; I have it now installed but I have NO IDEA what the hell this thing does.

So the tray is closed but the disc is not spinning. My guess is something went wrong in the "EZ" installation. Maybe something popped out... maybe I didnt remove something I needed to? Can someone please clue me in? Thanks!!
