For those of you who are having this problem... get CloneCD version 5.2.9.1. My previous install was 5.2.6.1, and this version doesn't appear to support layerbreaking in the dvd file. Installed 5.2.9.1, and everything works no problem at all. No more problems with the .dvd files. Hoped this helped.
