Call Of Duty 3 Release?

I know that Call of Duty 3 is supposed to be released tomorrow (on the 7th). But online on places like gamestop it says that it will ship on the 7th. Does that mean that it will ship from factories on the 7th and get to stores a few days later or does it mean that I will be able to get the game at around 12:00 tonight, or sometime tomorrow morning? Sorry for the stupid question but I just wondered when I would be able to get it. Thanks

If it's to be shipped out on the 7th, it means they will usually get it on the 8th. But for a game of this magnitude, it'll probably be there tomorrow first thing. Or you can download it from the newsgroups today.

I think your best bet is to call the specific store. I know locally my gamecrazy won't have the game till Wednesday. Sometimes if the Eb games gets their shipment in they will sell it the same day. Sorry can't be more help.

I did a search and looked all over for call of duty 3 and gears of war and nothing yet on the newsgroups. Can you recommend where I can find them? I mean has anyone downloaded these games yet? I seen the PAL version but I have yet to find the us version for cod 3

The PAL Version of COD:3 is Region Free
No version of Gears of War has yet to hit the newsgroups.

Now I looked back and the cod 3 PAL version is incomplete. Can you pm me and give me some suggestion of where I should be looking for this one? I have been searching some newsgroup sites and nothing. Also would the region free PAL work fine just because it's region free What about the wwe smackdown PAL version is this region free too?

Thanks for the replys guys, I'm going to try to get it from wal mart if they have it but if not I will be going to best buy, gamestop, and fye later tomorrow like in the evening around 5:00 or later. So I hope if I can't get it first thing in the morning I might be able to get it then atleast.

You get the .par2 files to rebuild the incomplete files. You repair with quickpar

I'm pretty sure I could get Gears of War today if I wanted it becuase on gamestop.com it says it has already been shipped but I don't know about Call of Duty 3 because it says (ships 11/7/06). Which IMO doesn't make since because you would think if they both shopped on the 7th and one of them was there the other one would be too.
