I don't see a firewall running on your computer. Not having one is a major security issue. Do you have one? Don't see an anti-spyware program either. Do you have one?

Java is out of date.
Go here and download Java Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 9.
Uninstall all previous version and updates of JRE via Add/Remove Programs.
Restart and install Update 9.
