This should be your code, only enter it once, note any message on the screen and remove your sim card before entering the code.

Sorry, ?Cannot undo restriction? or ?Not allowed? means your phone is now hardlocked, as you have used more than 5 codes and the only solution now, is by taking it to a professional unlocker for direct unlocking, as there is no software or cables to unlock your phone. You are able to still use it on it?s original network.
