OK, first thing is to make sure you have the trainer in the correct place and installed correctly on your Xbox.
And then make sure it is the correct version for the game you have
(PAL or NTSC)

a great way to do trainers is to go to:
http://www.maxconsole.net/
sign up for the forums and there is a trainer section.
They have a trainer program called Xored Trainer Launcher that works really well. And they also release trainer packs which contain hundreds of trainers in one simple zip file.

I use that more than i used the manual method of going into the folder and enabling it.

1.you download Exored Trainer Launcher
2. you unzip it then FTP it to your Xbox in the APPS folder which could either be on the E: or F: partition depending on how you set up the Xbox
3. Then you download the trainer pack and unzip it
4. then you FTP all the trainers (not the folder but the actual trainers inside it) to the trainers folder on your Xbox
5. before you start a game you start the Xored Trainer Launcher
6. pick the game you want "A"
7. if there are multiple trainers for it which there sometimes are then pick the trainer you want and hit "A"
8. then it should take you to where you enable the trainers you want by highlighting them and pressing "A"
9. After all trainer you want are enabled press "start" (with the game on the hard drive or in the DVD drive) and it will launch the game with trainers.

If you have problems i am sure the site i gave you above would have indtructions on how to use the trainer launcher and trainers since they make them.

K, but when i try to FTP my xbox, it connects, then disconnects, i have my xbox hooked up to my router, shouldn't that take care of the crossover-cable to computer thing?
