What sim was in the mobile when you bought it in Germany and what shop did you buy it at, like T-Mobile shop Vodafone?
What network (sim) are you trying to use now?

Mate I have been looking at the IMEI more closely and it matches Vodafone but bought in Ireland. I can not find one german Vodafone matching the first 8 digits.
Are you certain the mobile was bought in Germany?
FYI the 6030 is a 3 chance phone so please do not enter any more codes.
ATB
Pazzini :)
