i was just wondering if this is just as good as the xecuter kit, or should i pay the extra couple bucks for the xecuter. Also, im a little confused, but do these allow you to flash your xbox360 dvd drive's firmware without opening your xbox360? thanks!

no real difference. All the set let's you do hook the dvd drive to your pc without the 360 hooked to the it's power supply. Not needed at all

i mean, with the xeno connectivity kit, does it help with flashing the firmware of the xbox360 dvd drive? or should i just do it the regular way to flash the drive? thanks!

i suggest without it .. unless you don't have a want to use the 360 power supply for some reason

well just to make sure i understand things, i just have to hook that to the drive and that prevents me from having to turn on and off the xbox because that will power the drive, but i still have to open the xbox because i cant just plug it in the outside of the 360 to make it work? Thanks!
