i did this one with decrypter....voblanker.....shrink....decrypter again. on shrink i just got rid of one of the audio files & it fit.

CARS has the latest protections from RipGuard. However, both DVDFAB Decrypter 3.0.3.5 (FREE) and RipIt4Me (FREE) can handle this smoothly. See link http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/2/416063 - I ripped both "CARS & LITTLEMAN" using DVDFAB Decrypter 3.0.3.5 within 15 - 18 minutes flawlessly.
Just make sure auto process via FixVTS if using RipIt4Me and VobBlanker or FixVTS after DVDFAB Decrypter for security purpose. Now the rest is history, just continue on with any of your desire transcoding/encoding engines (i.e. DVD Shrink, Nero Recode or DVD-RB Pro + CCE SP 2.70).
NOTE: DVDFAB Decrypter 3.0.3.6Beta is out, if anyone is interested.

Here http://www.dvdidle.com/free.htm is the "3.0.3.6Beta" -- it's DVDFAB Decrypter (one of the best FREE ripper at the moment, beside RipIt4Me). However, DVDFAB Decrypter is just one small free tool, whereas RipIt4Me, you'll need 3 tools: RipIt4Me, DVD Decrypter and FixVTS to function properly.

Make sure you don't have other decrypting engines (i.e. DVD43, AnyDVD, DVD Region+CSS FREE or DVDIde Pro) running in the background while you're ripping using the latest of DVDFAB Decrypter.

I tried using Shrink with this movie, and after shrinking, it was still too big for a single layer disc. So I used CloneDVD with AnyDVD, and all was perfect.
