I have some backups, but don't know how to burn them...

One of them is:
24 .rar and 1 .sfv
Inside the .rar(s) is:
1 new rar
Inside that .rar is:

system.cnf
SLES_535.52
DATA (Map containing what seems to be only game data files and NO image files)

How do I burn?

The file you extracted (1 new rar) may not actually be a rar file
Go into your settings on WinRAR and make sure that in the files it is associated with that ISO is not checked. If it is then when you see an ISO file that you would just burn it will have the same WinRAR icon as a regular rar file.

If that is not the case then just take the whole folder that you extracted from the new rar, and use either Qwix or Craxtio4
You can create an ISO file from that folder full of files.
If you just have files then put them all in a folder then make the ISO
