how do i burn iso images to a cd im trying to burn digimon 4 ps1 n im on like da 5th cd n it still aint workin wtf

you don't
You burn an ISO image to a DVD
You burn Bin/Cue files to a CD (you just burn the Cue file by the way)

Not necessarily true steimy m8, some people have the annoying habit of making iso's out of cd games. And if it's a PsOne game he's got, then it'll definately be a cd game.

Nero should be able to burn it okay. Just remember to finalize the disc.

you mean they make an ISO instead of a Bin/Cue file?
I just follow standard rules
DVD-Roms = ISO = Burn to DVD
CD-Rom = Bin/Cue = Burn to CD
