codebreaker exploit cant get to work

ive tried and tried but no matter what guide i follow it doesn't work. Im using tenchu stealth assasins as my ps1 game. I ge tthe id make a title.db with it using that id open save builder select the given exploit.cbs that can with the download from exploitstation.com, copy the title.db to the save, save it as a name.cbs, put it on the flash drive, run codebreaker v 9.1 copy the save over, restart the ps2 with the tenchu stealth assasins in and it just loads the stealth assasins game(my memory card is in slot 1). please i need help. any help is appreciated.
