Does anyone think why the Xbox Live came out?I don't get why they always wanna make a money from all they make (MS).I will stick with PS3 or Xbox doesn't matter to me the price, but only when i c that one of them can support ordinary harcore players who doesn't wanna 2 play on i-net online crappy shit.By the way i think it's waay better to play on LAN than net.Even if by far i have played 2 games on ps2 with my buddies (GT3/Unreal Tournament),i don't care for multiplayer unless it's split screen with bots (Killzone)co-op,or not.I have old XBox cause i like Halo too much to let it go and the PGR series cool too.The PS2 in graphics was way behind the Xbox but had better playability.I'm waiting 2 see when PS3 comes out what sort of games on the start will have,no doubt thah Gears of War looks pretty nice but i don't think that MS have resolved their stupid mistake about the backward compatibility cause i think that it's really not good for the console if it cannot support the investements u put in the one before.
And as u can see the PS3 is like a present in a box, still around the web is not much known about the lineup (but i think it's going to be far larger than Xboxes).
