selling a modded gamecube on ebay?

hi, i want to sell my modded gamecube on ebay, it has a viper chip,
and a load of backed up games, but ebay always takes down the item if put up,
is there any way id be able to word the item in a way which ill prevent the ebay ppls from taking it down?

also if a viper chip is installed, does it mean my GC console is region free?

you should list the ad on your local newspaper.
Ebay will take down anything with the word "mod, modded, chipped, blah blah and so on"

With chip in, it should be region free. My qoob pro is. Just turn on either force NTSC for USA/JAP or force PAL for europe. You can try craigslist if you live in the US. It is free to post and they have no rules at all.
