Hi all,
as this forum seems to contain teh only real info on GigaPocket and drivers, here is my question, similar to almost all the others:

I have a SONY VAIO (VGN-A130P) with video card, external speakers, and infrared (In Speaker) for remote control integrated into the VGP-PRAV1 docking station.

Hard drive crashed on the road, had a local computer shop (in Germany)replace it. Reinstalled the VAIO following the Sony eSupport website for my model - Laptop is OK. Now I'm back home, and connect the docking station. Plug and Palys finds new Hardware TVC-U02 and, of course, automatic install fails.

Contacted SONY, same old story: Buy the recovery CDs. The problem with that: They will not ship outside the US (I'm in Panama right now and usually on the road as a software trainer). No they absolutely will NOT make the drivers available on-line or even eMail, even when I'm willing to pay for them. My original set of CDs I made are long dead :-(. I have Giga Pocket 5.5 installed, TV tuner setup shows up in control pannel, but the missing driver prevents everything from working.

I have 4 different versions of the smrt.sys files (with inf & cat) but Win XP SP2 says this does not contain drivers for my hardware. Please help, as SONY is not willing to. Xanx in advance
