Hello,
I opend up the dvd video_ts folder using my xilisoft software application, but not all files show up. Only the first 5 vobs, and then those 5 are repeated three times. Why? How can I get all 16 to display from opening the dvd folder

Dvds are encrypted, you'll need to rip the files from the dvd to work with them in any manner. Use a program such as dvdfab decrypter.
