Help with highlighted quotation marks

My two year old was pounding away on the keyboard and now all quotation marks are yellow. I have no idea how she did it or how to undo it. Any suggestions?

Im sure she don't know either. To play it safe I think I would do a system restore to a point before this happened because you never know what else got changed and you have not noticed it yet. It's the safe play. Another thought give her an account of her own (she would love her own special place) but with out admin rights then she can tap away all day and not mess yours up.
A two year old tapping out several thousand random keys can do some amazing thngs.
