I jsut redid my c drive. I installed shrink and Nero and when i hit back up on shriunk it quits no error just quits and Nero does the same thing when i click dvd copy. Why i dunno im installing windows updates mabey thats why who know i hate computers :(

does anyone know im going fricking insane. DVD Shrink as soon as i hit back up it exits and closes down and so does Nero if i try copy dvd. CAN SOME ONE HELP ME GOD.

Start everything over. Uninstall both DVD Shrink and Nero (for Nero use Nero's clean tool), then reinstall them back on.

** defrag and run Disk Cleanup once or twice a week
** release or free up more memory
** disable or shutdown unnecessary running programs
