Edit and Join different VOBs together? Pls Help.

Hi all,

I have searched here and can't seem to figure this problem out. I have several VOB files from different DVDs that I would like to be able to :
1st) Edit and cut out the junk I do not want. Any program that allows to save VOBs after editing?

and then
2nd) Join them all together so that I can burn them to DVD and enjoy it on a regular DVD player.

I am basically trying to compile a DVD of favorite clips that I like from movies.

Appreciate any help.
