Looking for a guide on how to modify ARMAX codes

ARMAX codes always have Level 99 or unlimited cash ($999,999,999). I wanted to find a way to change their codes to have say $20,000 cash or level 10 instead of level 99.

Anyone know how to do this? I have MaxConvert if that matters.
