Just starting to back-up a few games from Iso's on Mitsubishi (DVD-R 1x - 4x) with 1 flawless success all burnt at 2.4, but Bully and another game caused a few problems and I read a thread about this.

So went out and got some Verbatim (16x certified advanced AZO+ DVD-R) the answer to my problems? All I get now is 'Not a valid PS2 disc) burnt at 8x using S/M 3.6 on a slimline 75003 DVD Decrypter, the laser just stays in the middle. I would have got Verbatim 8x DVD-R but they seem difficult to find.

I presume the discs are ok what should I try next?

Your burning to fast, try 2x or 4x.
