Hey whats up guys

I got a problem.. I am playing Valkyrie Profile on my modded ps2 and I'm having trouble getting to disc 2 after I change discs it won't recognize it... I'm cool with that because I'm attempting to transfer my saved game on my PSX memory card to my USB drive, then I'll just goto disc 2 with an emu, then reverse the proccess after I save ...Pretty much just like you would with a PS2 save and codebreakers. Codebreakers only works for PS2 saved games though so I'm sorta stuck, I've been looking around and can't seem to figure out how I can do this.. Any ideas?
