Windows will not let me open my folders. I have norton and it says infostealer was blocked and the same with downloader. I don't have any p2p programs on here, and my kids dont download anything either. Norton says that my computer is safe but what should I do to be able to view my folders?

Seems like you got some sort of trojon or spyware on your system.

First of all remove Norton from your system (Memory hog and also is a major pain in detecting threats).

i would recomnd you to buy ZoneAlarm 6.5xx Suite (Has all you need, anti-virus, anti-virus 3 firewalls etc)

Also install these applications to remove the spyware/trojons.

Ad-Aware SE Personal

Spybot - Search & Destroy 1.4
