Is there any such thing as a internet service that connects to the phone then through usb or something u hook it up to ur computer and u have wifi from that. I've heard people talk about it but is it real?

If you mean use your cellphone to connect your pc/laptop to internet, yes, that's be around for awhile. Probably the most common way besides a cable connecting the 2 is using bluetooth.
