A codec software question please.

Hello every one and greetings to you all. :-)

Now for my question please:

I have received a DVD file and I wanted to to view it and none of my players could read the file. I read a bit from google and I understood that without downloading a small codec software I will never be able to view the dvd.

So I downloaded the codec software and sure enough.... I could view the dvd vividly!!

But it has no sound. :-(

What must I do so I can also hear the sound?

You need to find what codec is used for the audio. Then install that codec.

For future use you can download the program below and it will list what codecs are used for the video and audio that the video file is using. Then find those codecs and install them...
