What is better? DMS 3+ or Duo3?

I am currently looking to have a Duo3 Chip installed but I got an offer by someone for a DMS 3+ but I know little about Mod chips.

What I'm looking for is a chip that will allow me to direct boot Media on a DVD-R disc. I would like to be able to go online with these chips. I know some chips have a "sleep mode" where they deactivate to allow people to go online. Do both of these chips have this option?

I know the DMS line is supposed to be great and the Duo line is just acceptable but if they both give me what I want, I'll go with the cheaper one. I'm not into Hard drives and emulators and media programs or anything like that. I just want a chip thats reliable and good.

I'm cheap, and only need basic functions like play burned games and the "sleep" mode... I have a chance to get a used DMS 3+ for $25 then I have to pay install and laser fix witch will be like $70-ish
But I can get a brand new Duo3 installed with laser fix and warranted for 30 days for $70 even...

Just wondering if a Used DMS 3+ was that much better than a Duo3 as I know Duo chips are cheaper alternatives... Considered good, but not great.
