Smart Ripper Searching For Key After 7 Chapters

I am attempting to rip the AC3 audio off of a dvd. I have successfully done this with several complete DVD's with Smart Ripper even though I am very new to this, but when I attempt it with a specific DVD, it rips the first 7 chapters fine, then starts searching for the key and stays in that mode until I stop it. Each time I try, it happens the same way again. I have had no problems with other DVD's. Is there anything in smart ripper I can change? thanks for any help..!

Have you tried other dvd rippers?

dvd decryptor is good:

http://www.dvddecrypter.com/download.asp

Maybe your disk is scratched in that specific area.
