Country the phone is locked in: U.S.
Provider the phone is locked to: Tracfone

Tracfone should be flashed and unlocked at the same time.

It has a time tank software built in and it can't be removed or unlocked with codes. In other words, if the phone was unlocked as is right now, lets say you wanted to use T-Mobile.
1. You buy $30.00 worth of airtime to use T-Mobile
2. You must also have the units in your time tank to match that amount.

Meaning, you would be paying double. Have your phone flashed with normal 2600 software and unlocked at the same time if you want to keep it. We don't unlock them here.
