If I can, how? Thanks.
EDIT- What if I create a partition then hide the other(the one with all the important stuff I cant delete off it) then make the new partition(for the PS2 games) active? If I click format would it wipe out the partition or the drive as a whole?

I'm not sure if you can do that. I just use usbadvance with what was already on my harddrive, it didn't conflict, so I didn't see the problem. I'm not sure if usbadvance is setup to read multi paritions on a usb device.
I know there is an option to format my harddrive thru usbadvance, but i never used it. I didn't need to. All the files coexisted with each other decently.

Really? What did you do exactly? I ran the usbextreme software to put a game on there and when I plugged it into my PS2, usbadvance said "unrecognised or unsupported filesystem".
EDIT- Oh wait, was my problem putting the game on the HD with the usbextreme software the problem? Do you just put the ISO on the HD with usbadvance or do you need some software to convert? Also, my HD is NTFS format and my PS2 is a v14.

Ok, I plugged in my 250GB(over 90% full) NTFS USB/Firewire(using USB) HD, with "RatchetDeadlocked" installed on it with the ul_install.exe, into my v14 PS2 and turned it on. Then I started up my USB Advance CD with my Swapmagic 3.6 CD. At the main screen it says "Unrecognised or unsupported filesystem". Any ideas?

I thought usb extreme hdd's are suppose to be in fat32?
You format it to NTFS, then use the tool to format it to FAT32. Then use the tool to chuck the games onto it?
Are you using the tool "USBExtreme_wininst.zip" to put your games on?

I plugged my psp (with a memory stick formated FAT) and it said no games loaded(which is correct). So now I know that its the NTFS file format. Is there any programs that will read NTFS? Thats the only USB format drive that is big enough for even 1 game at a time. Thanks in advance.

USB extreme/advance is the only program Ive heard of playing games through usb.
Im taking a gues here but you should be able to keep all your other data. And partition like 100 gigs into fat32 format? Then install the games into that partition. If it works, usb extreme should only see the fat32 partition and not the ntfs. That could work?
But still might wanna back up your data just incase something goes wrong. :)

Appearantly, you need FAT or FAT32 not NTFS.
