HELP!!! Extracting Hitachi v78 Firmware

I've just used Memdump_win.exe to extract my firmware using:
12200 8 8000

360 Firmware Toolbox 2.0 does not Support the .bin file it finds. The software states that it supports the drive.

Any pointers?

hey what do u got to do after you remove the chip from the drive in order to put the firmware on so it will read backups.is there a tutorial?
