Bought 100 of these, advdinfo= princo.
can't get advdinfo to run on my machines-says cannot load aspi layer- info from vendor - svp communications AKA blankdiscshop.
when I try to burn get messages error writing the lead in, illegal request:cannot write medium-incompatible format.
Vendor suggest firmware update.
Anyone have some ideas please?

What writer are you trying to use. sonds to me like you may have a +R writer and using -R discs. May be wrong, but whats the full model number and make of your writer?

Its Princo, but its grade B princo according to a source i was speaking to. Thats the reason for the grrreat price on them.

Does that mean loads of duff disks and should I send them back or do as they suggest and update my firmware please?
