Am I been thick here? I'm trying to create a backup copy of Forbidden Siren 2. I've read a couple of tutorials, but seem to be having a problem understanding them. The two tutorials I have found both indicate that I should extract both layers 1 & 2. Where do I find these layers as the ISO I created through decrypter is around 5.5gb and I'm only given the option to extract layer 1 when using Apache2.
Are there any settings I should change in decrypter?

Thanks for the reply Hursty. Guidance in how to backup this game would be great. And yes you are correct, right clicking gives you the option to switch layers. But guess what? I'm still a little baffled; Apache2 still only gives me the option to extract layer 1 even though I've switched layers. Do I just extract anyway?
Finally, when extracting what should I be highlighting?

If you search the forums several of our members has posted guides regarding the rebuilding of DL games and they're easy to follow.

dont be confused with the layer numbers
if you can switch layers, thn its DVD-9,otherwise you would have a message warning you that it is only 1 layer

layer 0,and layer 1,where layer 1 is the second layer

and to extract,i would use something like isobuster to extract the first layer, and apache2 for the second...reason?,apache can be rather slow in extracting....to extract using apache, just right click on each file, extract, then choose destination
or you can highlight them all,and extract them in one go

btw, dont forget you need the rip-kit to extract the pss files from the munge files
