I am having a problem getting this one to work in shrink. I had it ripped to the hard drive with DVD Fab but Shrink would encounter an error and have to shut down. I ran it through Vob Blanker and had the same problem when I tried to process through Shrink. I am now trying to run it through Ripit4me. Is there something on the Sopranos (SSN 6) discs that is causing all this trouble?

i did not have any problems with any of the four discs. i ran them through DVDFab, and then VOB, and Recode. everything worked great for me. are you using the up to date Fab? just asking because like i said i did not have a problem. dont smash your computer, then what would you do?

Thanks for the reply. I am using DVD Fab 3.0.3.5. I don't seem to be having any luck. I ran it through VOB and then had a problem with Shrink. I then used Ripit4me and again had a problem with Shrink. Perhaps I will try to run it through Nero and see if that works. Very odd especially since it does not seem that anyone else is having the same problem.

I have put the sledge hammer down...... for now.

me personally i really dont use Shrink that much. i usually run my movies through Fab, then VOB, and then Nero. i have had a problem lately with DaVinci Code, and Little Man, those two i had to run through RipIt4Me. everything else i do just as i state above. hope you get it copied.

well i finally got disc 2 copied after running it through both fix vts and Vob Blanker and now i am having the same problem with disc 3.

I am in the process of running it through Vob Blanker and will then try to shrink those files through Nero. I was able to rip all of them without any (apparent) problem with DVD Fab so I am not sure what the heck the problem is but it is starting to get on my nerves!!!

i dont really know what the problem is either. like i said i had no trouble at all. taking you awhile but at least you will have a good back up.

Same problem here - disc 1 worked fine w/ DVD Decrypter/DVD Shrink but disc 2 won't rip with any program I have tried (DVDFab etc.)...

That is odd.. I didn't have any trouble with ripping any of them. It was shrinking them that has caused me a lot of trouble. Do you have the latest version of DVD Fab?

have you tried using Nero? that is what i always use.
